If your searching for a holiday destination that is peacful , tranquil but not too far from entertainment , then this is perfect.Half an hour from Alicante and 15 minutes from Torrevieja but if you just want to sit around your own private pool and lounge on your own private sun terrace then you have found Heaven !The apartment is ideal for families and we found everything we needed was already there !This year was our second holiday there ... after nearly 40 years of vacations , this was only the 3rd location we,d been back to , the following year !!

Hi Phil,

Just back, (friday) from a great break in your apartment in Heredades, Ena was very helpfull, we were collected from the airport and dropped off too, we were looked after very well, the apartment was fantastic short of nothing, the area was great too, a real taste of rural spain we have come back happy and a few pounds heavier!! I hope to be able to use this service again?, and will certainly recommend to others too, best wishes with your future custom,

Myself and my girlfriend booked Phil's apartment for a week in November 2009.
The apartment was very very nice and clean with everything you need. We had really hot weather and sat on the roof most days with our coffee in the sun......what more could you ask for!!!!!
Ena was on the other end of the phone if you needed anything and she was really nice. 
The little village was really nice and quiet with all the locals friendly saying hola whenever they saw you and the shops had everything you needed.....with a bit of Spanish and a lot of pointing at what we wanted we got there and the couple in the shop just could not help themselves but laugh at us lol.
We will be booking the apartment again very soon.
If you want a cheap holiday with a very nice apartment this is where to go!!!!!

Phil.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Heredades. The apartment was excellent value for money and provided us with clean, comfortable accommodation. Good security which meant we were happy to leave things "at home" whilst out for the day. Great area with some friendly local bars/restaurants and just out of the busy tourist areas, but within easy reach of the more lively towns. Thoroughly recommended -thank you.

Phil. The apartment was wonderful, and the all facilities you could expect were excellent. The kitchen well appointed with extractor over cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. It was wonderful to be able to invite friends to stay also. We enjoyed the rooftop patio especially for sunbathing and relaxing, and also enjoying the swimming pool. The village of Heredades had great facilities, especially the local 'Panderia' and 'The Plough' Taverna, where Fransisco made us all feel very welcome with his wonderfully produced meals and the Saturday evening Paella, which was so tasty. Would love to come back another year as the location is superb. Many thanks for allowing the opportunity to use this apartment.

"The apartment was spotless & Ena (meet & greet) was very helpful as we phoned her a few times to ask directions to different places etc.The village itself is typically Spanish & the apartment is set in a very peaceful location with fab surrounding views. The roof terrace is amazing & right next to the pool, its really like having your own private pool !!!!! I would definitely recommend you explore surrounding areas & visit the Spanish markets recommended in the info pack in the apartment. Our fav beaches were La Zenia & Playa Flamenca. Cant wait to return for roof top BBQ's & mid night dips in the pool !!!!!"

"The apartment is bright, clean and has all the facilities we needed to guarantee a relaxing stay! There is a terrace, with access to a shared pool, which is lovely. In the flat there is also information about local restuarants, and places to go which we found really useful. We would definitely stay again and had a great holiday!"

Hi Phil,

I am happy to report what a wonderful find your apartment was.

We thought we had taken just a tiny risk buying a week in your apartment off ebay! We needn't have worried. What a find!! Within half an hour of Alicante airport, fantastic road system so a smooth and easy transfer. Turning off the main road into the village was like going back in time. Beautiful village, beautiful apartment, which exceeded our expectations as far as furnishings and equipment were concerned. We were pleased we had hired a car for the week as it enabled us to come and go at our leisure - having said that, we spent most days on Guardamar beach which is beautiful and just a ten minute drive away. We would return for a swim in the rooftop pool, a gin and tonic on the sun terrace and dream of perhaps coming again very soon. Your agents Ena and Gary were both very conscientious and the apartment was in tip top condition so credit to them. Thank you. We are intending to return sooner rather than later!

I've just returned from a week staying in a fabulous penthouse in the quiet Spanish village of Heredades
The apartment had everything you could want for, and an added bonus there is a little balcony for morning coffee. And a full blown roof terrace where you could spend all your days with fabulous views and great smells of oranges and lemons.
You do need a car but its only a few minutes to some gorgeous beaches.
And save the best till last Its CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!

A very well appointed apartment ideal for a relaxing holiday away from it all. We had a great holiday here in August. The private solarium was ideal for sunning yourself and the rooftop pool perfectly situated to cool you down.  Heredades is a traditional, quiet Spanish town but with everything you need on your doorstep. The apartment is a stone’s throw away from a couple a local restaurants, a shop and bar with a pool table. A ten minute walk takes you to Formentera where with an array of bars and restaurants. 

If, like us, you don’t rent a car, airport transfers can be arranged by Ena & Gary the caretakers for the apartment

"Just returned from Heredades, the apartment is lovely, very bright, modern and spotlessly clean with everything there that you need.
Superb roof terrace and pool, like your own private getaway!
Local area is very peaceful and great when explored on bikes which were all organised for us by Ena, who was very helpful and informative.
A real slice of spanish life away from the tourist trap, with all the comforts of home!
