How long will the sale process take?

It also depends on how quickly the seller can respond to our offer and provide the required details. We can usually offer a formal firm cash offer on a property within 48 hours of our first meeting but completion depends on numerous conditions mentioned above.
What will you offer me?
We will offer you a price which is based upon certain variables such as current market conditions; the condition of the property; the demand for a particular type of property in your area and the costs associated with the sales process. Typically we offer anything from 70% to 90% of the market price. It is important to note that the market price is NOT the advertised price at which similar properties are being advertised for but what they actually sell for.
Are all details kept confidential?
Yes. There are no 'For Sale' or 'Sold' signs put up outside your house.
Is the first meeting totally free and what about your sales people hassling me afterwards?
Yes. The initial meeting is totally free and there is no obligation on your part to deal with us. Our Company follows a strict NO high pressure sales policy.
