If the answer is YES to any of these questions then you may benefit from having a Medicines Usage Review with our Pharmacist.
The MUR consists of a private 15 minute consultation with our pharmacist in which time you can discuss all your medicines, both precribed and purchased. you can discuss what they are for, how you should take them, what are the side effects (if any), and any other isues you may have.
The idea is for you to understand your drug therapy more and to identify any problems you may be experiencing along with possible solutions.
This will equip you to manage your condition with more confidence.
A report of the review will be provided to the patient and to their GP.
